Stroller, wagon or papoose for my aging staffie
My staff, Aggie, is 14 this month and struggling with walks longer than about 30 minutes. I’d like to be able to take her further afield to give her some variety in her walks. I’d love to get her a stroller or wagon to ride in and then let her out for a shorter walk and then take back home in her wagon. She weighs about 16 kg and I can’t find anything that is right for her size - they are either too small for her or too big to be manageable over country paths with styles, gates etc. A sling or papoose might work as well. Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks!

Re: Stroller, wagon or papoose for my aging staffie
Hi from me & Katy Welcome to the forum.
Aggie is a good age, not surprising that she is slowing down a bit I've just had a look on Amazon & there is a good selection of dog strollers on there. Although she's only 16kg I don't think you would want to carry her for long!
Would love to see photos of her

Re: Stroller, wagon or papoose for my aging staffie
Hello and welcome.
I can confirm that neither of you (you and Aggie) would be comfortable with the being carried solution for long. To save your back, she’d be better off in a “rucksack” solution (like those for hiking with young children) rather than a sling but not sure her position in it would be comfortable for her for long.
amazon do indeed have a selection of dog strollers but then you might need to change the wheels for more off-road use.
Please do share a picture, please
