Skin Allergy?? HELP

Hello all

I am new to this forum but was hoping for some advice / help please.
My staffy is 12yo and for the last few months has had an issue with his skin. I am not sure how to attach pics...
He has been on anti biotics, and I am using Hibiscrub and Leucillin antiseptic spray. It doesnt seem to be going away.
The vet has said it is a bacterial infection but I am not too sure. It doesnt seem to bother him but it looks sore.

Any ideas?!

Hi from me & Katy sorry to hear your boy has skin issues Has your vet done a skin scrape to have a closer look?

Any chance you can post a pic of what his skin's like? Does he have hot spots, or bumps etc?
