Eating exotic meats
I have been going through a mental carnivore stage. Been in iceland eating anything going, but also in other places like on holiday. So far i have had:
Lots more i would like to try though. Any recommendations?!
- Ostrich fillets (had one tonight again)
- Kangaroo burger
- Crocodile burger
- Venison burger
- Squid rings
- Escargot (snails...really yummy!!)

I was going to suggest that too Inez, I love it Or you could try rabbit, pheasant or guinea fowl Sorry I know they aren't very exotic

I love pheasant but guinea fowl is much juicier, rabbit is tasty but quite boney A friend of ours supplies us with venison but always throws in a tray of filleted rabbit for Katy

squirrel, possum, snake, shark, whale, rat, horse, frog ... all quite tasty.
