Re: meals fat free and no meats
This is fairly low fat, but not completely fat free, I guess it could be adjusted though:

Take care, Steve, not to cut out fat entirely. Your body needs a certain amount to function properly.
Go for low fat rather than no fat & look for things that are low in salt as well, because salt is a) bad for your heart & b) makes the body retain water so you blow up like a balloon!
If you want meat-type dishes with a low fat content try some of the quorn recipes. It's similar to chicken, but low in fat & gives that extra 'bite' to things like stew, Chilli con Carne & Spaghetti Bolognese.

Re: meals fat free and no meats
Did you know that eating a stick of celery burns more calories than are actually in the celery stick? Plus, they are fat free!
Don't cut out fat - just get round it by eating a stick of celery between meals and making sure you read labels to check the fat content. Don't eat more than 50 grams of fat (with as little saturated fat as possible) during the day and you will lose weight! An adult human needs 60g of fat per day to stay the same!

Do like these kind of things or not?
I do this one with feta rather than goats cheese and some olives, no breadcrumbs or pine nuts
http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/3938/roasted-butternut-squash-with-goats-cheese
And this one I do with haloumi instead of cheshire cheese, no seeds (not a fan!) and I roast red pepper as well as the squash

Chick Pea Curry
This is a really nice and authentic tasting Indian dish.
2 onions, chopped
1/2 cup soy marg
8 oz tomato sauce
8 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp tumeric
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp allspice
1 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste)
4 cans garbanzo beans
2 green peppers, chopped
Salt to taste
Saute onions in soy marg until golden, then add tomato sauce, garlic and spices. Saute for a few minutes, then add garbanzo beans and green pepper. Saute for 5 - 10 minutes. Add salt to taste.

Re: meals fat free and no meats
Celery, carrot, cucumber, apple (and basically a lot of fruits/vegetables which are mostly water) are 'negative calorie' foods. You burn off more calories digesting them than you actually consume. Very useful to add to salads. Celery is the best one.
Green tea is amazing for weight loss. I used to drink it by the gallon and it made a huge difference. It speeds up metabolism, aids the breakdown of adipose (fat) cell walls and contains a lot of antioxidants. White tea is also great.
Cayenne pepper is also amazing and is something I used to have at least three times per day. It's something you have to be careful of though, as I took too much and now can't have any spicy food without really bad stomach pains. If you decide to use cayenne pepper, it's best to either add a small amount to a meal or buy capsules. Never take them on an empty stomach.
Cous cous is very low calorie and virtually no fat. The Ainsley Harriet ones are the best IMO, as they're already flavoured. They do have carbohydrates though, so a lot of people choose not to eat cous cous (or pasta, rice, etc) before bed, as it's a slow burning energy source. So if you don't burn it off, it builds up and is stored in your body as fat.
If you fancy something sweet, I made a cake recipe a couple of years ago which is virtually fat free for each serving:
2 heaped dessert spoons of cornflour
50g of flour (plain)
1 teaspoon of baking powder
4 egg whites
1 egg yolk
150-170g sugar or castor sugar
Jam with no added sugar for the filling
Whisk the egg whites together until they're stiff and stand up in peaks when you take the whisk away - same as when you make meringue. Easiest to do this with an electric whisk, as it takes less time, but you can do it with a hand whisk.
Then quickly whisk in the sugar. Don't worry about not getting it perfectly blended in. If you over-whisk, the egg whites will start to lose density.
Fold in the flour/baking powder/cornflour until it's all mixed in.
Then use two cake tins, greased with butter of lined with baking parchment. Fill them equally.
Oven time: 15-20 minutes (though we have a fan oven, so you may need to adjust it according to how well it's baking)
Temperature: 160C (again, may have to adjust if you don't have a fan oven)
Once they're cool, you can use the jam to sandwich them together.
With the eggs, it's easier to separate them yourself and give the remaining yolks to the dogs. Dempsey loves them.

Re: meals fat free and no meats
I cannot personally recommed this one but found it on the BBC food website
Crisp Herb Mushrooms:
100g/3½oz butter - this could be reduced
olive oil
10 medium-sized open mushrooms
4 spring onions, roughly chopped
the leaves from a bushy sprig of rosemary
a large clove of garlic
250g/9oz stale bread
the finely grated zest of a lemon
a handful of roughly chopped parsley
salt and black pepper
Preparation method
Warm 60g/2½oz of the butter and a little olive oil in a large non-stick frying or roasting pan. Put the mushrooms into the pan and leave to cook over a moderate heat.
Meanwhile, in a second pan, put the remaining butter; let it melt then add the chopped spring onions and chopped rosemary leaves. Peel and finely chop the garlic, and add it to the second pan too.
Turn the mushrooms over as soon as they have started to soften and colour.
Tear up the bread and blitz to coarse breadcrumbs in a food processor. Tip the breadcrumbs into the spring onion mixture with the lemon zest and chopped parsley and fry until the breadcrumbs are crisp and golden-brown. Season generously with salt and black pepper.
Transfer the mushrooms to a warm serving platter as soon as they are cooked then scatter over the breadcrumb mixture.

Re: meals fat free and no meats
You need a certain amount of fat in your diet though, or you run the risk of going into starvation mode. Your body will start storing excess energy as fat to make up for it. If that happens, you may lose a few pounds at first, but then the weight loss will stop.

Re: meals fat free and no meats
Try googling you will come up with loads,, but like has been said don't cut out fat altogether. Your body still needs the good fats to be healthy.
