What meats

Hi all and happy Xmas,
My staffy is now 6 months old and we are feeding him dry food, I would like to introduce some real meat but unsure what meat as I read some meats are good some are bad and some should be cooked and some not, anyone help me out please,

Any meat can be fed, better to be raw though! Just freeze it for a couple of weeks before feeding.
