Poorly Sky!
Took Sky to the vest yesterday, as when I was rubbing her tum I noticed a few odd things on the insides of her legs. Almost looks like really saw eczema. She only seems to have it bad on the inside of her front legs, with a tiny bit on the rear ones. Can't help but worry a little about what it was. To make matters worse, I was in the vets for 3.5 minutes, if that, when they smack me with the £43 bill.
They have given me some Fuciderm Gel, which I have to rub on twice a day. Could it be something she is eating. She currently eats Wainwrights meat, with Wainwright dry mixed in. She hasn't always had this otherwise I'd have seen it before. Has any body else had anything similar? I use to give her oily fish in the morning think I might go back to doing that.
I took two photos, dead hard to take a pic of a staff on your own, whilst telling her to hold still. I took one with the flash and one without. The other leg is the worst, but she wouldn't let me take anymore.

Re: Poorly Sky!
Do you use a collar or harness, just wondering if it's a harness rubbing ?
I know what you mean about vet costs. My eldest wants to be a Doctor, I told him be a vet or a Dentist, you won't ever see a poor one of those

Re: Poorly Sky!
I didn't know they were sensitive to skin issues, but she was running though lots of grass and streams the week prior. I've looked at them today seem to be just as bad, little blood. Looks really sore. Vets just out it down to either exzema sort of thing. What is odd is she has never had this before so something must have set it off surely. She has not had a bath in a while but think I might give her a quick wash as you mentioned. I've noticed Wainright do some allergy/sensitive food but seems quite expensive

Re: Poorly Sky!
I have mine on purina it seems to have helped and thats the same problem I have with mine, I just rinse them with water just incase there allergic to any soaps/shampoos, and I think for 15kg its around 33 pound, but I have noticed a big difference, my puppy started scratching that much she started to bleed a little too, hope this helps!

Re: Poorly Sky!
could be an allergy but grass is usually grass mites, dont google they are horrid creatures and not found this time of year. could well be food. purina is a good oneto try, i run mine on it and its one of the few my girl will take too without bum gravey. i use adult and active and suppliment with vetzyme B + E with zinc and selenium and the odd sardine or raw egg. good coats, skin and great energy levels.
