In pain :'( Empty In pain :'(

Ive really hurt my back Crying or Very sad at the top by my shoulder and its agony just to move an inch Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Ive tried tablets,heat rub and my hubby has given it a rub Tongues but it feels like its getting worse Rolling Eyes

Sometimes holding your back in a stiff position will only prolongue your recovery so try to move slightly and use the muscles, pain releif every 4 hours to help you . If it doesnt seem to be easing go to your docter I hope you are feeling better soon there is nothing worse than a bad back Sad

you should get your hubby to rub some potion into your back its great for the muscles.
