Re: pain in my belly
Depends where you mean Steve - top belly (where your food goes ie stomach) above the belly button
or
below belly (intestines) below the belly button.
or
below belly (intestines) below the belly button.

Try making a parsley tea - a teaspoon of parsley in hot water let it draw for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove the parsley add a bit of honey. It helps for cramps on your stomach.

Re: pain in my belly
How are you now Steve? It occurs to me that you have been a) eating a lot of veggies recently which your system might be finding a bit of a shock - loads of fibre etc and b) you eat very spicy foods - loads of chilli! ditto shocked tummy.
It's hard to guess what it might be as you haven't said if the pain is above or below the bellybutton.
Anyway, severe continued pain is best taken to the doctor.
