what is the most healthy fish to eat

Fresh fish is all good, just not canned and farmed stuff.

Depends what benefits you need from the fish really. Oily fish is good for the heart, white fish is low in fat, so long as you get a well balanced diet and try to stick to it you will be OK.

Oily fish are very good for you, the ones that are high in omega 3 like sardines and mackeral but they probably have a higher fat content than say cod?

i'm going give trout another go  

if you not had your trout yet steve soak it in water for 30 mins to neutrilise the soil taste it can have

i used to buy huggggeeeee illegal caught trout years ago the biggest drawback was taking all the gunshot pellets out of the steaks before you could eat the stuff     i didn't have to worry about high Mercury in tuna more lead poisoning lol

I stick to Salmon, Trout, Mackerel, and Haddock is meant to be very high in protein but never tried it.

i dont eat cod as its a bottom feeder and eats what comes out your bottom
