Healthy fish and chips

Very nice, although the recipe needs adjusting a little!
For the chips I do one large baking potato per person, boil the chips for about 5 mins and then about 45/50 mins in the oven with a good seasoning of salt and black pepper, to get really crispy. I also cook the fish in the oven, wrapped in foil with just a little oil and salt and black pepper,so it steams and serve with peas

I love this wine i had it around my uncle and loved it a bit pricy but you cooking how many bottles should i bring?

i'm sure my anutie said the bottle was only half the normal saize it was £15 so an normal bottle is going be about £30 plus

i'm not an wine drinker but my uncle said i would enjoy this one i did soooooo nice it a drink for special occasions/fancy meals hint hint saz

it was well nice i'm no expert you may not like it but i could drink that all day long

When I am flush I will treat myself to a bottle, maybe a small one encase I don't like it.
