i want to make some like an biscuits or an small cake size that i can eat without worrying i'm going put to much weight on

Weetabix cake is low syn turns out a bit like fruit loaf and really quick to cook

Chicken pizza - slice chicken breast in half bake til nearly cooked then top with tomato purée, and whatever toppings you want and return to oven to finish off

Potato scones - instant mash, quark and egg great alternative to bread on own or with soups, I add garlic to mine to have with pasta

Homemade big mac - fry off some extra lean mince with onion and a beef stock cube (or i use marmite) and serve on a bed of iceberg lettuce and chopped gherkin drizzled with thousand island dressing and serve with slimming world chips (oven cooked with fry lite spray)
