Puppy weight :-)
Evening all,
My gorgeous little girly is 18 weeks old, 13" tall at her shoulders and weighs 9.8kg. She is fit and active and you can feel her ribs but she is so much bigger than the rest of litter (we're all in touch on FB). I feed her as per the instructions on her food but am a paranoid new mummy :-)
How much does your puppy weigh? Or did they weigh at 18 weeks?
Thanks

Re: Puppy weight :-)
Sounds about right to me ! They grow at different rates, so comparing litter mates isn't always a good guide. If u can feel her ribs she's fine x

Re: Puppy weight :-)
Try not to worry about the weight as they all grow at differnet weights and will go through growth spurts. If you can fell the ribs she is okay

As already said they do grow at varying rates, I'm sure she would let you know if she was still hungry, Rocky will bring his dinner bowl back to me if he wants some more but not every time he eats.

She is really good with her food, some days she doesn't eat and other days she too brings her bowl to us. She's not greedy but is getting a fair few treats at the min as we are rewarding her behaviour with them.

Re: Puppy weight :-)
Marley is now 5 months and weighs in at just over 10kg (not bad for the 1.8kg puppy i brought home at 6.5 weeks!!) he goes through different days of looking podgy then skinny but he is healthy and i can always feel ribs, like said above they go through funny growing stages
