Hi all!
The pedgriee dentastix lola gets gives her REALLY bad gas.
Does anyone have any homemake versions??
If not, what can I use to clean her teeth??

chewing is good yes but need to chew on something hard enough to physically scrape the teeth, dentastix are crap!

Large shinbones with some meat on are good. Dogs usually love the marrow as well. Ask your local butcher for some. Chewing on a nylabone or similar also keeps teeth clean.

Sorry to sound a wimp but I'm scared of giving my pup a raw bone to chew on - I keep hearing horror stories of them splintering etc., Are they safe?
