Homemade frozen dog treats

Ok, the weather may have turned but it still feels warm.


You’ll need a ripe banana, one teaspoon unsalted peanut butter, and one cup plain non-fat yoghurt (not sweetened or flavoured). Combine the ingredients in a blender and pour into an ice cube mould. Freeze the treats for about 5 hours, then let your dog enjoy!

Of course too much banana isn't great for the pooches so give them sparingly or change the banana for something else.

how many bananas is too many? fatface will happily eat a couple o whole ones in a day once in a while.

Flo won't eat coconut but might well go for the frozen banana treats though

bananan and dog chocolate sounds like a plan

i might make one of these frozen smoothies for myself...sod the pooch....

Once of my work colleagues said "I see how it is, he only wants me for my bananna!" and initially wondered why we all cracked up.

Matters weren't helped when he said 'Highfive' and instead of highfiving him, Gizmo put both his front paws on the dude's lap and then licked his mouth.

I honestly tried but couldn't come up with anything funnier so will just leave it at quoting you and giggling like a small child
