is there any fitness freaks
i have a problem i lost 2 stone while i been bike riding & i'm eat well healthy at the moment fruit after my bike ride and a nice pasta, tuna & salnd for tea but i haven't lost any weight for like 3 week nows do i have to stop eating or something to lose more

you sound like you have hit your body level plato this is were you start to lose weight a lot more slowely as you start to build muscle
might sound strange but muscle weighs more than fat so your still losing body fat and also gaining muscle
you still had no craving for the weed

i pack up smoking for good mate i'm not going start again... i just want to get down to around 12/13 stone then i may join the gym & start running i want to get myself back how i was before i left school with a little six pack and all that

My OH works out regularly. His weight when he started dropped off real quick, but then slowed right down. It's true that muscle weighs more than fat. When you first start to excercise your body uses some of the fat reserves for energy, but as you go on & start to build muscle it may look like you're not getting anywhere - you are, it just isn't always as obvious. You should get someone to take a pic, say, once a month and compare them. You'll see the difference in the definition of muscle & the flabby bits'll start to look firmer!

i was thinking about that taking a picture every month.
my typing is getting bad i'm shock what have word in the last for days if i carry on i may have to do a runner and hide
