is there any health freaks?
i been doing something the last few days i'm not sure if i'm over doing can someone put me right
i'm making one of these fruit drinks, 2 apples, 2 bananas, 1 pear, 1 tomato, 1 big handfull of spinach, watercress and a glass of pure orange is that to much or not?

Are you simply trying to lose some weight or is it a long term plan?

Veggies are great but make sure to keep the protein intake up as well. Lots of people will start to diet and have success for a few weeks but most of the weight loss is muscle. If the protein consumption is around 1 gram per pound the loss will be mostly all fat. It takes a bit longer to lose the weight but it is more sustainable and healthy.

what i'm trying to do is having the drink in the morning, maybe have a ham & salnd sandwich for lunch & tuna, salnd and rise for tea

The best diet is to eat 6-8 meals a day. I know it sounds like bad advice but think of it like starting a fire in the woods. If you eat big meals 3 times a day it's like throwing a bunch of huge logs on the kindle and trying to light them. With 6-8 meals it's more like using small twigs to get the fire going
Small frequent meals keep the metaloblism going all the time and you feel more full all the time. A meal is usually 200-300 calories. Don't know if I explained that very well though.

what food do you recommed?
I eat alot of chicken and fish with veggies. I love red meat but try to keep it to once a week or so.

i think half the battle with diets etc is lack of exercise. i know it sounds silly with dog owners but the more people in the house the less you yourself walk. in our house there are 4 of us so we dont get a good walking/exercise routine going because its not always the same person taking the dog for a walk or run

Dogs do help. I don't think of it as a diet more of a lifestyle. Takes some getting used to but well worth it.

I eat quite alot of chicken,veg and eggs and i do slimming world,lost over a stone and a half in roughly 2 months.
