at the moment i'm drinking 7 cup of green tea and 3 cup of pure orange juice which is about 3 litters i think you need 2 litters of water per day thinking  well my question is do you need to drink water or is drinking green tea just the same?

I am not very healthy, but I would say you need to drink water also.

Yes water, OJ isn't that great for you as it is mostly sugar....

I would have water also. Just don't try and guzzle loads of water at once as too much at one time can be bad for you biggrin

Yes, stick to the green tea but swap a few cups for water. Try something like flaxseeds and oats etc as good fiber to help you go

Ditch the OJ well change it for water, and get some of these, you go to your health food shop..

Green tea is a diruteic and will dehydrate you but its great for fat loss. I usually have mine in powder form added to water
