Smoking = giving up
I'm about to have another go at giving up smoking, well tomorrow as it's a good day to start.
So off to the docs to get all the patches, inhalers and gum.
I've given up before but find it hard to stay quit, but i really want to do it this time as I'm just sick of being addicted to the nasty things.
Do you have any good tips on how to stay quit for those of you that have managed to do it?
And when you quit why were your reasons?

Good luck to you. I've never seriously tried to quit but my old boss just did so before retirement. He was very cranky for a couple of weeks.

Yes I'm always really bad tempered for the first 3 or 4 days, I hate it as everything just gets to me and I'm very snappy, worse than PMS

Good luck - stick to it, and tell everyone in advance that you might be a bit cranky & why.
So that's every day you come on here, then!
