thumbs up  Good luck with it, as I dont know how much you smoke, or how much they cost, I dont smoke, just think of all the money you save, and buy some nice clothes for you and toys for Bane.

Just stick it out.............

Good luck! I gave up a year ago after smoking 10-15 a day for 10 years (started when I was 12! Vile huh?!) and to be honest I found it so easy! I'm a stubborn cow and just refused to let it get the better of me! But I had already decided that i'd had enough. I bailed a few times when I was drunk, but I don't even enjoy smoking now. My OH has been trying to give up for a year and still goes back to it every month or so, but he's started training again and hates how much it affects that, so uses it as a reason to stop! I think if you've got your reason and the willpower you'll be fine.. but if you still enjoy it and don't really have a reason to stop it's harder..

I stopped years ago with the nicotine gum. You just need to remember that a craving can only wind u up for a while so think of something else to do  biggrin
