Lookin for some advise.... just checked clydes paws after seeing him biting them and noticed that around him nails looks inflamed???

My kaos is having a bit of a tough time with his feet at the moment. I havent taken him to the vet because i know he has a grass/pollen alergey . I have found if it gets really red and sore i give him a piriton tablet which seems to help but to keep it at bay and keep him comfortable whenever he comes in from a walk i bathe his feet in water then rib a bit of sudacrem into them x
