Green mark on tongue

Hello everyone
My dog Luca is 7 months old and i have just noticed he has a green mark
like a birth mark on his Tongue
is this something i should be worried about?

I take it it isn't something he's eaten? Has it only just appeared?

I was going to ask for a photo but not an easy place to get a pic

Don't suppose your lad has eaten a hide chew that's been dyed at all?

I remember a couple of times over the years, pretty sure, that some of mine have had discoloured tongues after eating such things..?

Hope it is nothing serious anyway
