I see you've managed to get a photo of Percy uploaded - he's one very handsome young man! For your avatar, if you go into your profile (just under the banner at the top of the page, to the right), you should have 'information, preferences, signature, avatar, etc.'. Click on 'avatar' and you should be able to upload your photo there.

Percy sounds like a real gem but if you've got any other questions, just ask!
