Pet Insurance for 'Pre Existing Conditions'
Hi guys
So I had insurance from Tesco who won't cover for what they call pre existing conditions which I've now found out and have wasted many months paying for nothing. Can anyone suggest a pet insurer that will cover for pre-existing conditions. Not had any luck finding anything online that isn't ridiculously priced for each dog. Thanks in advance.

Quite honestly, I don't know of any. I vaguely remember seeing one advertise on fb, but when I looked at it, the cover was ridiculously expensive!
What's the pre-existing condition? Sometimes you can challenge it if you can get backing from your vet.

Well both my dogs are unwell at the moment, and I rang Tesco to ask what my policy was but it was only Accident and Injury only, and even if I upgraded to the Standard one which would cover health issues, since they weren't "fit and well" at the time of upgrade so to speak, they wouldn't cover me for it.

Oh, right. So basically they're saying you took out the wrong policy? If that's the case you've probably got a problem.
Even if you go with another insurer, there's a period where you can't claim - usually for at least 2 weeks from the commencement of the policy.

They apparently don't have a policy that would cover for me now after I re-rang them up.
