Tammie id cut down the amount of water you give him at night put the last drink out for him at 5pm . Id take him for a wee every 15 minutes to half an hour after all meals when you first wake up and also after playtime.

You need to clean where he's been with a deodorising cleaner first off, they go where they have before. Make sure he goes before he goes to bed and perhaps before you go to bed too. At the moment he's going where he always has so you need to break that cycle

Also stick to one command and make sure everyone in the household does the same

Some dogs can take longer to housetrain than others. Some get it straight away, others do take a good few weeks. Puppies' need to develop the sense of 'I need to go', it's not there from the start.

Follow the above advice re cleaning and going out for a last wee as late as possible and it will come right.

they dont have full bladder/bowel control until around 6 months so 12 weeks is still very young, keep taking him out every hour, after he has woken up and after he has eaten/had a drink,a treat can work well and lots and lots of praise,he'll soon get there  Smile
