Buddy the Staff? I'm new please help me :)

Hi everyone I'm new to this so bear with me

This is Buddy, my husband brought him home one day to the families shock and delight (he told us we would never get a dog). We are inexperienced dog owners but have had a trainer come and help us and Buddy is doing fantastic, he is 18 weeks old today. When we've been out for a walk, I've had a few comments on whether he looks like a Staff (colouring) and as I'm not an expert I'm hoping you can help me. Trying to get a pic of him is hard work but he's got the leave command down

What a little cracker Buddy is. Not sure why people would question whether he's a Staffy based on colour alone. At 18 weeks it's way too early to say what he will look like in 6 months time, however, the white chest and from what I can see in the pictures would say to me... He's a Staffy

If that's what your husband does when he changes his mind, tell him to do it more often! What a gorgeous pup!

As Ian said, Staffies come in lots of colours and I've absolutely seen Buddy coloured ones. Whether he's a full staff or a cross, only time will tell. That and a bit of guess work maybe!

Whatever he is, though, he looks a real sweetie and I'm sure you'll have loads of fun in times to come.
