My 7 and a half month old female puppy has been being sick once a day normally after 8pm, one of the pile of sick had a stick and what looked like leaves and other bits and bobs, shes been sick 5 times, over 7 days she was sick off the lead the first 4 days then I walked her on the lead for 2 days she wasnt sick once, then ive let her off the lead and shes been sick again. Ive done that dog route for nearly 14 years and none of my other dogs have ever been sick like this.

I have rang the vets, the lady asked whether she was lethargic or not eating, and she isnt lethargic or not eating, she eating, drinking everythings fine, the vet said to keep an eye on her and if theres a change to take her in

Hmm hard to say what is making her sick though it looks like you've kinda worked things out with the on lead thing. My Flo was terrible with wood sticks. She would not only chew them quickly but swallow them too. I had £ signs in my eyes and decided an artificial stick was the way forward.

It might be an idea to try this to see if it stops the leaf and stick eating and hence the being sick.

Hopefully it's just a case of eating stick and leaves and trying an artificial stick will stop her being sick. Obviously, if she continues, then the vets is the best place Smile

Yeah she seems perfectly normal, its something shes eating when I take her for a walk when shes off the lead we go through woodland, but ive just read up that conkers can be poisonous to dogs and different trees this time of year, thank you :-)

You do need to watch em, hopefully if it is something as daft as conkers then she will work this out herself and leave well alone.
