PUPPY BEING SICK Empty PUPPY BEING SICK

Casper has chewed a piece of wood not alot but he has jst had his dinna and as been sick you could see all the food shapes ect.... it was thick and chunky he has been sick about 4 times it is now watery any advice......

yea i would say vets just to be on the safe side, he may be deydrated by now x

I did ring the vets they said to keep my eye on him for a while the last 2hrs hes been ok so I aint sure whether he had a upset stomach and hes got rid of it now

If he threw up straight after eating it then its a something stuck in his throat but if it was a few minute then its in his stomach, he needs a vet.

Vet.

Is he drinking? If he is, does he throw that up as well? If he does, then it's the vets sooner rather than later.

If he's drinking & keeping it down, then I'd starve him foe 1 meal & then see what he's like after the next one.

Agree with Caryll, he may have had something stuck in his throat which is now dislodged and scratched it, but could be more serious.

If he seems to be ok now though I would be inclined to starve casper and see how he gets on. Make sure he has plenty of fluids and keep a very close eye. I hope Caspers ok

i waited for a while and he settled down i thinks he had got it all out i gave him a little food and he was ok no more being sick, what i think he did was the piece of wood which was parque flooring he got up he has bitten it up and it may have been the stuff it was put down with and made him sick. so casper ok now floor needs repairing lol.... but hes back to normal now nipping/jumping and playing around thank god..... thanks guys for your reply Smile
