Wasp sting - ouch
Poor Milo - let him out for a pee and next minute he jumped in the air frantically shaking his head - I looked on the grass and there was a flaming wasp crawling through the grass.
He's now lying in his basket, shaking like a leaf and feeling sorry for himself bless him. I think there's a bit of swelling on his top lip just under his nose but its hard to see at the mo & he's a right baby & wriggles away. I've held an ice cube as best I can on it but he doesn't like that.
I've read that Piriton is good to use?? Could someone tell me what would be the right dose please? He weighs about 15.75kg & is 11 mths old.
Thanks

Poor Milo, I would give him half a piriton, you can always give the other half later x

Poor baby when peppa was 17.5 kg she got 4 mg piriton twice a day. So I would start with 0.5-1 pill.

Re: Wasp sting - ouch
Thankyou everyone. I'm glad to say Milo is back to normal (didn't take long). After an hours nod he was back to normal. The swelling had gone down & he was ready for a walk. I don't think the wasp was very big or he was damn lucky...scared me a bit tho.
