Just heard Bark/Yelp from Alfie whilst out in garden when i went to investigate found him pawing at a bee on the ground. Not sure if he got stung but it is possible, he doesn't seem to be bothered or in pain, i fact he's running around playing like a lunatic, do i need to be concerned ?

If he has been stung there will be a large lump where the stinger went in. Just feel all over him for any lumps that are not usually there.

Just keep and eye on him and remove the stinger. If he starts breathing hard or shaking than go to the vet. Has he been stung before?

Moo got stung, ate a jellyfish, pressed her nose against an electric fence (thats the most recent!), she was fine. I hope yours is also, I'm guessing so anyway Smile

UPDATE ON ALPHIE - thanks for the response, i think he did get stung i found something that resembled a stinger just by his eye that later developed into a small lump. But he's fine, still his usual boisterous self. Lets hope that he's learnt not to mess with wasps and bees.
