To be honest I'm not sure either, I suppose if they can eat bone then shell 'should' theoretically be ok but I'm not sure if crabs would carry any harmful bacteria or parasites?

The crabs will be high in protein I'm sure of that. Have your dogs being sick afterwards ? Are their stools solid or loose after eating the crabs. I don't tend to get this problem living on the outskirts of Birmingham.

Suki does something similar as well and it had us worried. I don't know if it's harmful but we stopped walking her along the water and walk her on the path near the beach now
