sore pads  Empty sore pads

bit of help please my staff has got small sores on her pads of her feet  i have heard of staffs getting sore feet and licking and biting them but its only on one part of her paw and she don't bite or lick them a mate said she may not of been walked on concrete much that's why its happening if any one could help
will post some pics to explain the problem a bit better as soon as i can

Pics would certainly help. If they aren't walked on hard surfaces, the pads can get soft and the nails will be long.

If its just one part of the paw then I think a trip to the vets is in order just to make sure it isn't something in the pad.

Certain detergents can cause this also. Have any area been washed with Bleach or similar?

sash had a sore pad last week and it made her limp,i rested her for a few days and bathed it with warm salt water,its all better now  Smile

Darcy suffers with itchy sore paws, due to allergies, we bathe them after walks and check them regularly Smile

she has it on both front paws they seem to heal for a bit then start all over again I haven't used anything like bleach or other cleaning products on her bed or the areas she goes I have booked her in at the vets as every time the reappear they get worse I think al also try salt and warm water to see if it helps thanks all
