Have to disagree and give itv credit (so fare) they have put all the blam on owners not dogs.

I was actually quite impressed with the program, they actually did make the owners look like idiots and that it was down to irresponsible owners....was sooo happy for that Akita in the end, I was in tears when they were trying to get it out of that house and to see how loving and playful it was 7 days later was amazing.

Re: dangerous dogs on itv thurs 9.00
Hit and miss in my opinion, the part where the dog wardens positively screamed at an extremely stressed dog made my stomach turn, and the kennel assistant that placed one food bowl in a kennel with two emaciated dogs and was then shocked when they started to fight blew my mind. But although hard hitting, I felt that it showed what was needing to be seen which was the scumbags that breed our bull breeds and the conditions that they're kept in. Although, it didn't really do much for the many wonderful bull breed owners that there are around and possibly should have shown some responsible owners with these dogs too, I think what is really happening in rescue centres and behind the scenes should be publicised. x
