I am intrigued also, Moo grunts which sounds like she is breathing in reverse, doesn't last long and I have never worried about it.

if you imagine as it sounds a dog tries to sneeze 'out' but does it inwards instead, it's a very odd sound

It's a horrible sound, sounds like they're choking inwards, and is quite loud.

Moo has done it but lasts for seconds nothing like that, what triggers it? Will Moo get longer episodes?

no she isn't forced to ever get it again!
It's just one of those things, it could be allergies, dust in their nose, over doing it, over excitement.
Unless they do it very often and it's very severe then theres not much to worry about
