bald puppy :-(
Hello would really appreciate some advice with our nearly 6 month staffy...my husband noticed a couple of weeks ago a bald spot on hes elbow..now weve noticed a patch on the inside of his thigh and a small dot on his paw...there is no redness or irritation..he doesnt scratch it or bite it ..its literally just loss of hair..do I need to b concerned..any advice very much appreciated. .many thanks jo xx

Is there anything he could be rubbing against, or have you changed any cleaning substances lately?

Wouldnt know how to get a pic on here :-( ...no cleanin products changed hes been bathed twice in the last month as he loves a bit of fox poo..could the shampoo be the problem??

have tried to get pics on here but havin no luck have just noticed another patch come up on his side it seems to be appearin everywhere

I would go to the vets, they will probably do a skin scrape to check for demodex, as said above it is very common in pups, although it usually starts on the head/face.

It is easily treatable, but best to pop to the vet for a proper diagnosis

bozo had a trip to the vet earlier they done a scrapin of
hes skin..well done to u all with the diagnosis of demodex lol
the vet even showed us under the microscope the little shits
that have been eating my baby!! a dose of advocate every week
for a month then another skin scrape to see how hes doin!!
