You could have a couple of hard boiled eggs with some salad, or a tin of Tuna with salad? Or tuna or baked beans with a jacket potato (microwaved for quickness!)

Re: healthy quick meals
Hmmmm interesting!
It's really easy to make a tomato and tuna sauce for pasta too, you could probably cook it in about 20 mins, garlic, chilli, onion, tinned tomatos, tuna, olives (if you like them) basil, and a little cinnamon just before you serve it, lovely

Re: healthy quick meals
I like taking diced tomatoes and cut up mushrooms, mix in garlic and herbs and cook it in a little bit of olive oil. I cook some spagetti and add the tomatoes and muahrooms over it. Another quick meal our family love is fishfingers baked in the oven with a carrot and yogurt salad.

Re: healthy quick meals
Pasta with lentil sauce! You can also get a really nice cheese-flavoured sauce which is actually made from vegetables. You'd need to ask mum where she gets it though.
Cous cous as well. Especially Ainsley Harriet ones, if you prefer them flavoured!
Bulgar wheat and spelt are nice too.

Some of the supermarkets do tins of mixed beans in spicy tomato sauce, just cook some rice and you have a supper quick veggie chilli!

Re: healthy quick meals
A thing I do for a quick snack is cook some spaghetti in boiling salted water, drain it off reserving a little of the cooking water. Place the spaghetti in a bowl then stir through a teaspoon of marmite with the reserved water, delicious if you like marmite that is
