Rio is now 4 months old how many walks who u recommend and how long?

2-3 times a day , 5 mins per month of age and some off lead play in the middle to extend it

So a ten week old puppy would be ten minutes walk with free play in between would be plus minus fifteen minutes of walking?

Yes, 10 weeks would be 10 minutes 2-3 times a day, and a little extra time of off lead play. Remember not to over do the exercise as they are still only young
