Dragged my * out of bed and went to power development class at the gym shocked myself with 3 sets including 10-15 reps of dead lifting my own body weight

Then I attempted my first disposable BBQ and it has been a success wasn't holding out much hope for a poundland jobby but burgers and sausages done and devoured Smile

Well done Jules, I've always thought BBQ a little waste of time in this country, we do have one though although it has only been used once in about 6 years Laughing

Oh BBQ's do not go to waste in this country, in the summer especially, every weekend we are having or going to a BBQ!
Great job though, yummm I feel like a steak on the bbq now!
