Really pleased

So, took Tank down our local field for a run, soon as we walked thru the gate he was greeted by a White fluffy thing snarling and snapping... The old lady said her dog isn't friendly as it was attacked by a staffy last year....
I proceeded to say, Tank is friendly, loves everything that's got a pulse, I crouched down and this White ball of fluff shut up and greeted me.. I let Tank say hello and all was calm

I walked to the end of the field , let Tank off and we played ball etc. Then 2 of my friends turn up with their dogs, they let them off and the 3 of them were having a great run, playing ball, chasing each other. One of the dogs is the same age as Tank, 'George' he's a GSD x Rottweiler , huge thing he is, soppy as hell lol Tank and George really get on great. The other dog is a tiny black poodle type thing cslled button - demented as feck but harmless, Tank wore it out chasing it lol.

After a good 40mins of the 3 of them playing we walked home, calm and happy. We plan do meet up every weekday now.

Nice Loki only has a couple of dogs he regularly plays with, but one's too old to keep up with him, and the owner of the other one is always in a rush to get on with his walk nice that they have someone to play with, certainly easier to tire them out.

The big GSD x kept nicking Tanks ball from my hand lol cheeky sod!

What a lovely scene to see!! Wish more people would enjoy letting dogs learn to play, I think some get scared and interupt far to quickly. Sounds like Tank has a fab temperment.

He is a fab lil staffy, altho he's only 8mths , cause hes so soppy and great with other dogs, kids etc I'm seriously considering going down the therapy dog route. I really reckon he's got potential. X
