not straight away last time i went stright shopping and nearly pass out so i wont be doing that again. you just need to drink alot of water or lemon drinks you should be fine

i was ok yesturday when you give blood it just dehydrate you so if you drink plenty i think they said lemon drinks is the best to have you be fine. the first time i did it i went stright shopping without sitting down for a hour or so with pint of water or some type of drink.

I used to give blood regular I think I got to about 32 donations but I got really ill and didnt go again might see if I can start again in the future cause id like to think I could help someone again. Are you on the bone marrow list as well Steve?
