Does anyone know of anybody that arranges these in the west yorkshire area or withinxan hour or so's drive

Can't help, sorry, but you could ask at your vets. The ones I go to arranged a dog-walking group, so maybe you can see about yours or even start one up yourself, advertise it a bit.
