... by a killer blanket! 
He's chewed a massive hole through one of his thick fleeced blankets. Went into the kitchen earlier because he was barking, to find him stranded on the floor with his neck stuck through the hole! Poor thing had tried to get out of his bed and couldn't walk because it was dragging him down.
