Don't know whats up with me today....

If you thought I Adopted Your Dog Today was sad DO NOT watch this. Just after I did that posting I was watching a re-run of the late great James Stewart interviews with Michael Parkinson. I didn't realise he wrote poems and he wrote this one just after his dog Beau died so there is no happy ending to this but it is so lovely - if you do watch it you will just want to grab hold of your dog and cuddle him/her for a while.

Ah dear old Jimmy Stewart. His poem wasn't Wordsworth, but it was from the heart and we all can relate to it. Bless him.

Oh my god. The last bit certainly made me shed a year or two. I'm really dreading my baby passing away, she's not even one yet but it scares me to death!
