...second lot of jabs, really think I may stick to having boosters now, not all vacs last 3 years (had a very in depth discussion with the vet) and it saves going twice!..........but, her nail still looks odd and her limps been really bad again recently, sometimes its nice to tie 3 problems into 1 charge (although I would prefer no problems as its my second home!) Smile

Sorry, I'm out of the loop, why has Moo needed her jabs? Poor you and Moo, Janey, you're always at the vets Sad but yeah, I'll be giving Loki his yearly boosters, I just feel better with it.

Vacs up to date, and claw is fine, but they want her back in 2 weeks because they're still not happy with her limp (or lame as they call it, makes me feel like she needs to be shot or something!), back on the metacam and I'm a bit gutted really Sad

She is not lame! She has a limp, was rather taken aback with what they said.

I have a big bottle of Metacam still in date ( My brother and his Springer stayed with us for 3 months last year and was prescribed it) , if you wanted to save money I would send it to you, free of course .

Sorry to hear she has been lame , hope you get to the bottom of it.

Thank you Sarah, what a lovely gesture. If it wasn't an ongoing issue I would love the help. She has arthritis (only found out recently), and isn't coping so well Xx

Looong story on the insurance, but I have learnt that life cover is a must when getting insurance! Sadly I didn't have it and have learnt the hard way.

I have supplements and do everything I can, just a bit of a knock today. Thank you for nice feedback Xx

Sorry Janey, I was just quoting your vet in a sarcastic sort of way (note to self - don't use sarcasm any more thumbs down )

Naturally it knocked the wind out of your sails - we can all only do our best for our dogs and you are doing more than most people with supplements etc, Moo could not ask for better. >Big Grin<
