Skin issues Empty Skin issues

Post by Taz Mon Dec 31 2012, 20:09

Whilst I have been feeding Taz raw, many of her niggly skin issues have virtually gone - resolved.

And thanks to advice on here from Ella I use ACV with mother, in her meals, but read somewhere to dilute 1/2 with water and spray on skin issues. All the money I've spent & worry, on vet meds and skin remedies. One application of ACV - gone next day - I'm impressed, natural product - no nasty chems and success!!

Isnt it astonishing how much a natural diet can effect things. People dont know they're alive until they go natural, same with dogs! i fully intend to go natural with my next dog (cant right now, odd circumstances)

Am the same here aswell Pauline... I cringe when i think how much money i spent in the vets with Inca when she was going through all her skin issue's and i wish i had known about ACV then as I use it now for my 2 girls as Sky was having a few issue's with itching an her fur thinning out aswell but the itching basically stopped the day after i sprayed her coat with a dilute of ACV ... Could not believe how quickly it worked for her and i put a few drops in their food every morning and Sky's fur doesn't seem to be getting worse so fingers xd ( i think its an allergy to fleas so i put her straight on Advocate before realising ACV was out there)...

Same here!! lol - the last meds I had was Advocate - but I really detest using chems unless absolutely necessary .. and of course the penny pinching helps in today's economy!!

really pleased that you & your beloved four legged's have found the benefits of ACV - It appears to work with ear mites too - which is a dog god send Smile

yes, I will be careful, the vet told me to put metho in a spray bottle and use that, because it dries fast.
I think I might try the neem oil again, on her toes, it seemed to work on her genitailia rash, so think I will give that a go.

Neem is good too, I add oil to shampoo and powder to food or add the powder to water and apply to skin  Smile
