Skin issues

Hi guys I’m new on here but really need some help. Our boy Devon is 11 and over the past 3 weeks developed lumps on his back which the fur has gone from and he also has the same scabs/sores on his legs. He has been on antibiotics for 2 weeks now it’s hasnt got any worse but has only slightly improved. Any ideas/advice would be appreciated.
