Whats the recommendation on adding sardines tuna carrot veg etc to meals is there a limit to which they can be added etc?

I'm not a dog nutritionist but I would only feed tuna if it were fresh not canned because of the mercury.

Sardines are a good source of essential fatty acids but I think every other day in a small amount is fine. We feed alot of veggies throughout the day as treats and a little in the meal.

It works for us but we feed dry so this is just supplmentation and not the same as feeding raw if you are doing so.

Miley has dry food also we just mix in a tin of sardines etc to her kibble every couple of days she has veg too Smile

Souns like what we do except we use a supplement instead of sardines since Suki doesn't tolerate fish well

Cairo has a tin of sardines mixed into some dry kibble twice a week.Seems about right for her Smile
