My nails have been published again :)

My nails have been published in the USA mag for FEB...
Once i have a picture of it i will send it thru.. having a few problems as they sent it to me is a PDH file.. and I dont have that on my pc

Well I must say that things have got a lot better in the last week or so
i feel better in myself and my levels of anxiety has dropped , so much so that i didnt realise how bad it was in the first place.. I wait for the thumpping heart and the breathlesness.. and it doesnt happen.. hard to get used to actually..
so I guess I wasnt even aware that i had so much anxiety in the first place
I have a review on monday morning and i think the Dr will see if i stay on this or go off... good thing is I think my migraines are linked to the levels of "happy" chemicals in my brain. ( which we already knew really) becuase I have not had one since starting the seratonin meds... so fingers crossed I have fixed 2 things in the one step.

Good stuff, I hate not being myself and not really knowing the reasons why. Glad the seratonin is killing 2 birds with one stone, and that your happier. I hope oh is helping out more too.

Mel you should tell him, you never know he may end up being very supportive

I know..... and I know he would be supportive...
I guess it will make it feel "real" for me once i tell him.
I know that is stupid... but I didnt really want to head down the track of being watched like a ticking bomb.
I know he is going to be a little cranky cause i didnt tell him... so i am putting it off till I have time to "retreat " lol

Whatever you think is for the best lol! I don't think he would be peeved, you only told us on here, its not like its commen knowledge!!

Glad you're feeling the benefits though. My oh didn't realise how bad it had been till he started his medication. He still says that he doesn't know how I put up with him for years!

You've only been on the meds for a short while, don't worry if the doc says you need to stay on them for longer. Sometimes it's a long term, gentle curve that'll see you right.

Yeah that is true.... These ones are slow realease so hopefully up dont feel the high and lows as they wear off.
