Re: Gunky eye :(
pretty much so Kat , Tilly has had a couple of instances and been given a Futhalmic gel by the vet , personally though if its the first time I would go to the vet first for checking out as eyes are very important

Thanks Dave, I seem to be at the vet every weekend lately But your right, eyes are important and I would never forgive myself if it was something bad.. It dosen't look bad at the moment just like day 1 conjunctivitis..

Re: Gunky eye :(
Thanks Janey, I did that this morning as it was all dry and crusty and she couldn't open it properly.. After bathing it, it's open properly and normal now just a little red. It looks like it will build back up though..

Re: Gunky eye :(
Thank god we went to the vet, some of you may remember a couple of weeks ago Steffi had a stye on her eyelid... Well it looked like it was healing, on the outside, but it wasn't healed inside.. It had grown and was leaking pus into her eye She is now on anti biotics foe her eye which will also keep her other wound uninfected too.. Back to the vets Wednesday again
