gunky eye Empty gunky eye

I woke up this morning to find Tys eye is all gunky and red any ideas? He seems ok in himself actually as I type this he has his tongue down my ear lmao Surprised

might just be cold in his eyes or it could be conjunctivitise keep an eye on it if dont improve quickly get some drops from the vets.

you should use an ointment called golden eye, you can get it in the chemist, this will clear his eye problem no bother,
i often used it on my other dogs who live outside in the kennels, this stuff is magic when it comes to treating eye problems in dogs

If it doesnt improve in a day or so,i would take him to the vets.Eye problems can become serious if left untreated Sad

Milly had a bit of a gunky eye I just bathed it with cool water which had been boiled and cotton wool and it cleared up, but as suggested above if it is no better in a few days go see the vet

or even try bathing the eye in cold tea, its great as well for eye problems

I use cold tea bags just to clear it up but if it doesn't stop it'll have to be the vets.

Ok this is going to sound Bizza...
you know anyone Breast feeding a baby?.. it is magic stuff... you only need a teaspoon full..
I also agree that Golden Eye Ont. Is the Bomb.... I use it on my self... also if you have an 18ct wedding band and puppy will let you rub it across the lids of his eye.. it works very very well...
I used to suffer as a child from constant stys.. and the wedding band if used early enough really did work Smile

Mix sodium bicarbonate with water and bathe the eye. That is the old remedy.

hope the wife dont try that the dogs eyes would go all green and pussiy she thinks she got 18ct gold but its really a brass olive lol Laughing im a cheap skate lol
