Poorly Skye =( Empty Poorly Skye =(

Mom wormed skye and vinnie today .. however skye has become poorly and vinnie all mopey .. i looked at what she wormed her with and she has wormed them with All in one Bob Martin Dewormer (which i believe is what vinnie was sick on last time and skye threw up once on them last time too).
Im very worried because she has been sick about 5-6 times the first time it was the partial food which which was mixed with her tablets and then on it has been watery! and i THINK i can see crunched pieces of the tablets in it.
She has also been havinga bit of diareah since (sorry cant spell it)
I have decided not to feed her tonight and give her some scrabled egg or something in the morning something light!.
i am trying to keep her calm so they are both in bed in the kitchen to stop jumping around as she is still wanting to play and i can hear them both play fighting!.

Is it possible that the wormer just does not agree with her and she is having a sensitive reaction to it? .. am i right to not feed her tonight and wait untill morning? .. i will be sleeping on the setea tonight because i want to keep an eye on her!

I have just looked online and have seen so many people have had the same problem!!! angry DAMN BOB MARTIN'S!! last time now, i said to mom its vets only now! frustrated

Bob Martin is absolute rubbish i don't know how it is still being sold. Its very possible it is whats making them ill, i would never get it again. I think a ligth meal tonight (lke the eggs you suggested) will do no harm it will soak up any stuff they have ingested and then light meal again in the morning

Being sick isnt bad, it gets it out of them. I say let her be and let her be sick until its all up! If the vomiting goes past bringing anything or just bile up then it's time to think about vets.

Hope shes okay >Big Grin<

We use Drontal Plus worming tablets which we do buy from our vets and have not had any adverse reactions too.

Rocky takes them quite well as they are or we put them in a small piece of cheese for him.

I think it does depend on the dog if im honest .. My tutor dm'd me on fb who was a veterinary nurse when she saw my fb satus about the specific tablets and told me she has seen alot of reactions to them including the sickness and diarreah in both dogs and cats.
So im staying clear lol

Bob martin is not recommended for any dogs, it's horrible stuff. A lot of dogs have suffered from it and it isn't always new ones, some have taken it before. It basically poisons them and i've heard of a cat dying from bob martins products. In cases like this you really get what you pay for.

Some people on here get their stuff on the internet so its a bit cheaper than in the vets, you might want to try that to see how it works?
